Job Description

An Interior Designer cum Site Supervisor is responsible for both the design and execution of interior projects. This role combines creative design skills with practical site management abilities, ensuring projects are completed to high standards and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Design Development: Creating design concepts, floor plans, and layouts. Selecting materials, colors, lighting, and finishes. Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ). experience id 3D Designing and modeling Site Supervision: Overseeing on-site execution of interior work, ensuring it aligns with design specifications. Managing and instructing site workers. Ensuring safety protocols are followed. Quality Control: Conducting site inspections to check quality and workmanship. Identifying and addressing any issues or problems. Communication and Coordination: Communicating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Keeping records of site work. Documentation: Preparing and managing project documentation. Updating project progress reports. Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of interior design principles and practices. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max). Understanding of building codes and regulations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in site management and supervision. Knowledge of building materials and construction techniques. Ability to manage schedules and deadlines.
