To execute, design, and plan the details of civil & interior work of various projects
2. To plan the costs of the projects.
3. To coordinate with consultants, contractors, project team, and ensuring standards of quality & time.
4. To attend Client meetings to draw up a design brief.
5. To attend periodic site meetings to supervise on-site work.
6. To coordinate with engineers regarding the costing of the projects.
7. To coordinate with the architect, engineer for selecting, purchasing, and ordering materials.
8. To design, conceptualize, working drawing, 3D modelling, 2D drafting, Space planning, detailing, etc.
9. To perform R&D activities, keep abreast with new design development.
10. To design sample flats, sales offices, etc., in accordance with the market trends.
11. To develop layouts, design concepts, furniture details.
12. To maintain a tracker of civil and interior works for all ongoing projects
13. To coordinate with external designer, drawing checking, making RFI.
14. To transform requirement into drawing and providing the best solutions within the scope of project requirements.
15. To coordinate with team members on drawing detail and enhancements.
16. To lead assessments to understand project requirements and accordingly planning, scheduling releases/Delivery planning meeting
17. Communicating & collaborating with management for analysing & verifying if all the requirements have been met as per the project specification accordingly conduct acceptance testing.
18. To carry out other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time
Qualifications
Diploma in Interior/ Bachelors in Interior / B. Arch / M.Arch with multifaceted experience in a specialized area of Designing / Design coordination of Residential, Commercial and Mixed Use spaces
