Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Interior Designer / Architect to join our design team and contribute to the conceptualization, development, and execution of interior projects across India.

The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate client requirements into practical, detailed, and aesthetically refined solutions.

This role requires coordination with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that designs are executed exactly as envisioned — on time and within budget.

You will play a key role in everything from design ideation to detail drawings to site coordination and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

1. Concept Design & Ideation

Develop interior design concepts based on client requirements, site conditions, and project constraints.

Prepare mood boards, material palettes, 3D views, and presentation decks.

Propose design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and practicality.

2. Detailed Drawings & Technical Development

Prepare complete sets of architectural and interior drawings including GA plans, layouts, furniture details, RCP, elevations, services integration, and joinery details.

Coordinate structural, MEP, HVAC, and lighting requirements with relevant consultants.

Ensure drawings follow SAEPL standards and are fully execution-ready.

3. Material Selection & Vendor Coordination

Finalize materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.

Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for samples, pricing, and timelines.

Evaluate product suitability, durability, and compliance with quality standards.

4. Site Coordination & Execution Oversight

Conduct regular site visits to ensure execution aligns with drawings and design intent.

Provide clarifications, resolve on-site design queries, and coordinate with PMC and contractors.

Inspect workmanship, material installation, and finishing quality.

5. Client Interaction & Communication

Attend client meetings, understand requirements, and present design options.

Manage revisions, feedback, and expectations professionally and proactively.

Act as a bridge between client, design team, and execution team throughout project life-cycle.

6. Documentation & Handover

Prepare BOQs, specifications, and material sheets for each project.

Assist in snagging and de-snagging during project close-out.

Ensure complete documentation is delivered at handover.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

3–8 years of experience in interior design, architecture, or turnkey execution.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (optional), and MS Office.

Good understanding of materials, finishes, joinery, lighting, and on-site execution processes.

Ability to produce comprehensive working drawings and detailing packages.

Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle tight deadlines.

Strong aesthetic sense paired with practical, site-driven thought process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
