Interior Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Interior Designer who takes ownership of their work. The ideal candidate will support the design team in creating and executing high-end residential or commercial interiors, manage BOQs, conduct site visits, and ensure design quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing design concepts, space planning, layouts, and detailing in line with client briefs.
• Should be able to handle walk in clients.
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Prepare BOQs and support budgeting for interior design projects.
• Coordinate with walk in clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants for material procurement and on-site execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and ensure alignment with design plans.
• Attend client meetings, understand requirements, present ideas, and implement feedback effectively.
• Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to maintain smooth workflow and meet deadlines.
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, materials, and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in interior design (residential or commercial).
• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and ability to work independently when required.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other 3D visualization tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with premium/luxury interior projects.
• Understanding of sustainable and innovative design practices.
• Familiarity with cost estimation and project budgeting.
