We are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Head to lead our creative team and guide the development of cutting-edge interior designs for our diverse clientele.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Creative Head with expertise in 3D visualization and interior design. This individual will lead and oversee the creative direction of the organization, ensuring that all design projects reflect the company's vision and standards. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of experience in interior design, along with proven experience in heading creative teams and delivering exceptional design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Manage Creative Team: Lead the creative team of designers, 3D visualizers, and other creative professionals, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality design concepts and visualizations.
• Design Direction: Oversee the development of design concepts and creative strategies for all interior design projects, ensuring they align with client expectations and brand identity.
• 3D Visualization: Drive the creation of 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and visual presentations to showcase design concepts effectively to clients.
• Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and business goals, and translate these insights into design concepts.
• Project Oversight: Ensure smooth workflow and coordination between the design, technical, and project management teams to ensure successful project completion.
• Innovation & Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies, bringing new ideas and creative solutions to the table.
• Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of design quality and visual excellence across all projects.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 7-8 years of experience in 3D visualization and interior design, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Design Software: Expertise in 3D rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion) and other design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and guide a creative team.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects, including 3D visualizations, renderings, and completed spaces.
• Creative Vision: Strong creative and aesthetic sensibility with the ability to develop innovative design concepts and solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and team collaboration.
• Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
