Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect & Interior Designer to oversee building planning as well as interior design execution for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will handle architectural drawings, space planning, approvals, and functional, aesthetic interior solutions. This role requires strong technical knowledge, design sense, and the ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to deliver high-quality projects from concept to completion.

Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, building layouts, and master plans for residential/commercial projects.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with local building by-laws, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil teams for integrated project delivery.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design accuracy.
• Prepare and submit drawings for approvals (if licensed).
• Assist in feasibility studies, site analysis, and project planning.

Interior Design Responsibilities

• Create interior design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and layouts.
• Develop detailed drawings for interiors: furniture, false ceiling, lighting, electrical, and plumbing layouts.
• Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and décor based on budget and design goals.
• Prepare 3D renders, presentations, and sample boards for client approval.
• Manage interior execution, supervise site work, and ensure design quality.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely project delivery.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and modern construction techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design (B.Arch, B. Design, or related field).
• 3–7 years of experience in architecture and/or interior design.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of materials, building codes, and interior execution.
• Ability to create detailed drawings and 3D visualizations.
• Strong communication, project management, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
• Knowledge of sustainable and cost-effective design solutions.
• On-site supervision experience.
• Portfolio showcasing architectural and interior design projects.

Working Conditions

• Office + regular on-site visits.
• Coordination with multiple teams (civil, electrical, contractors, clients).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,483.80 - ₹50,000.00 per month
