KeyResponsibilities

Lead the designprocess from concept to completion across hotel, resort, and mixed-usehospitality projects.

Ensure all designoutputs align with the hospitality brand s standards, aesthetic, and guestexperience objecties.

Coordinate withinternal teams, external consultants, architects, interior designers, andproject managers to delier on-brand, on-budget, and on-time.

Manage multipledesign projects in arious stages of deelopment, proiding quality control andensuring alignment with project goals.

Lead and contributeto design reiews, proiding critical feedback on architectural, interior, andlandscape design proposals.

Assess architecturaland engineering plans for feasibility, constructability, and compliance withlocal regulations.

Keep abreast ofindustry trends, sustainable practices, and innoations in hospitality designand integrate them where appropriate.

Coordinatingwith all the external consultants and in-house project teams. Value engineeringthe design, details, materials etc to support the budgets without compromisingthe intent.

Mockups, Fit testfor potential lands for the BD team, Cost estimation & PIP generation,Green building certification and Brand application.

Managing the designand execution of the arious resort and hotel transformation, acquisition,renoation, project improement, and lease properties. Coordinating withconsultants and endors. Budgeting, BOQ and cost estimate deelopment.

Architect with aproen track record of spearheading high-profile F&B, Hospitality,residential and Office projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams todelier exceptional results within budget and timeline constraints.

Manage projects at sites,demonstrating expertise in site analysis, feasibility studies, and competitorresearch to inform design decisions.

Proficient inAutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Google Sketchup, leeraging technical skills tocreate detailed and isually appealing designs.

Experienced inplanning, coordinating, and oerseeing the execution of prestigious officefit-out projects, ensuring alignment with client ision and adherence tobuilding codes.

Possesses strongunderstanding of design principles, space utilization, and high-end client specifications,consistently deliering high-quality designs that meet and exceed expectations.

Effectiecommunicator and collaborator, adept at working with contractors, engineers,and clients to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Proen ability tomanage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectiely, anddelier exceptional results in demanding enironments.

Adept at naigatingstrict building codes and zoning regulations, ensuring compliance whilemaintaining design integrity.

Qualifications

Bachelor s or Master sdegree in Architecture;

8+ years ofprofessional experience, with a strong focus on hospitality design (hotels,resorts, or mixed-use deelopments).

Experience workingwithin or for a hospitality brand or hotel operator is highly preferred.

Strong designsensibility with the ability to critically ealuate and direct botharchitecture and interiors.

Familiarity withinternational building codes, hospitality standards, and ADA/Uniersal Designprinciples.

Proficiency indesign and project management tools (AutoCAD, Reit, Adobe Suite, MS Project,etc.).

Excellentcommunication, presentation, and leadership skills.
