Job Summary:

As the Interior Design Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of multiple interior design projects, manage a team of designers, collaborate with clients, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Your role will be crucial in upholding the studio’s design standards while meeting deadlines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the interior design team on multiple projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and present design concepts to clients that align with their needs, brand, and lifestyle.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and approve all design deliverables including layouts, mood boards, material selection, and 3D renderings.
• Maintain project timelines and budgets, and address any issues proactively.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, building codes, and company guidelines.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, creative studio environment.
• Drive innovation in design trends, materials, and sustainable practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing residential and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Suite, etc.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Deep understanding of materials, construction techniques, and site execution.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
