As an Interior Design Consultant- Commercial, you play a crucial role in creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces for clients. Your passion for design and attention to detail are key in translating client needs into compelling design solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, budget, and project requirements. - Provide expert advice on space planning, color schemes, furniture, fixtures, and finishes. - Convert leads into successful projects by presenting compelling design solutions. - Create detailed design concepts, including mood boards, sketches, and digital renderings. - Liaise with vendors, assist clients with material/design choices, and prepare project quotations. - Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for seamless project execution. - Monitor progress to ensure designs are implemented as planned, within budget and schedule. - Build lasting client relationships by delivering exceptional service and creative solutions. - Handle project management and coordination activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. - Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and industry standards. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field. - Proven experience in interior design (Commercial) or consulting roles. - Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar. - Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Creative problem-solving ability and attention to detail. - Willingness to travel to client sites PAN INDIA as per requirements.,
