Interior Coordinator


The Interior Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating interior design execution across multiple projects, ensuring smooth communication between clients, designers, vendors, and site teams. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of interior design along with strong coordination and project management skills. Real estate or interior project experience is mandatory.



About the Role

  • Coordinate interior design activities between clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
  • Review interior drawings, layouts, and specifications; ensure clarity and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Monitor daily interior work progress at site and ensure execution as per approved designs and quality standards.
  • Prepare material requirement lists, follow up with purchase teams for timely procurement, and track delivery schedules.
  • Assist in selecting interior materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings based on design guidelines.
  • Address site-level challenges by coordinating with designers and contractors for quick technical resolutions.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation including drawing logs, material approvals, progress reports, and client communication.
  • Coordinate with vendors for finalizing samples, BOQs, quotations, and work schedules.
  • Ensure all interior works are completed within timelines, maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
  • Participate in client meetings, note action points, and ensure timely follow-up and closures.
  • Provide periodic MIS reports to senior management regarding site progress, material status, and execution challenges.


About You

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering
  • Minimum Experience: 3 – 7 years
  • Industry Requirement: Experience in real estate, interior projects, or contracting is mandatory
  • Software Knowledge: AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Office, SketchUp (optional but preferred)
  • Skills: Interior knowledge, site coordination, vendor handling, communication skills, documentation, material understanding
  • Communication: Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
