Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for an Interior Billing Engineer. The Interior Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing and managing bills of quantities (BOQ), conducting rate analysis, performing quantity surveying, and ensuring accurate billing systems. Daily tasks also include analyzing project costs and providing insights to manage budgets effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing BOQ and Quantity Surveying
• Proficient in Billing Systems and Rate Analysis
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Experience in interior design projects is a plus
