Interior Billing Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for raising, documenting, and negotiating Variation Orders (VOs), as well as maintaining evidentiary support and following up for client certification and approvals. Additionally, you will coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Stores, and Procurement to reconcile material consumption, vendor invoices, and site measurement records for accurate billing. Your role will also involve maintaining and organizing billing documentation such as measurement books, site sheets, subcontractor bills, and GST invoices to ensure contract and statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Raise, document, and negotiate Variation Orders (VOs) - Coordinate with various teams for accurate billing - Maintain and organize billing documentation for compliance Qualification Required: - Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline - Proven site billing experience in interior fit-out projects - Hands-on measurement and client coordination experience Additional Details: The company operates in the retail, hospitality, and corporate office sectors, delivering turnkey interiors, MEP coordination, and finishes.
