Job Description

Prepare Subcontractor/Vendor bills and verify work done on-site as per work orders. Ensure accurate quantity take-off and reconciliation of materials and work done. Monitor and update BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and rate analysis regularly. Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to verify actual site progress. Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to billing, costing, and project expenses. Assist in tendering and estimation for upcoming projects. Maintain and organize billing documents, drawings, and records. Reconcile client invoices with project scope and raise timely alerts for deviations. Ensure timely submission of bills and follow-up for payment clearance. Work closely with Accounts, Purchase, and Project teams.
