Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications with a strong focus on intuitive and scalable UX/UI.
• Build, optimize, and maintain JavaScript and ReactJS features, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Architect and implement RESTful services and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Apply modern engineering principles and practices to drive enterprise-level architecture decisions.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while managing deadlines and deliverables.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of JavaScript development experience.
• 5-7 years of ReactJS development experience with an emphasis on intuitive and responsive UI/UX.
• Exceptional knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and authentication flows.
• Expertise in building and consuming RESTful services.
• Strong experience with enterprise architecture principles and patterns.
• Deep understanding of web components and modern front-end ecosystems.
• Proficiency with CSS, SASS, and/or LESS.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong design and analytical skills.
• Experience working within Agile software development methodologies.
• Highly self-motivated, independent, and capable of managing tasks without supervision.
