IntelliMatch Developer

Direct Responsibilities

1. Perform development tasks on the

   IntelliMatch application

   and handle

   L3 support activities

   .
2. Implement enhancements by analyzing existing setups, performing impact analysis, providing estimates, and delivering high-quality code.
   
3. Act as an

   independent contributor

   , liaising with different teams to resolve dependencies, proactively identifying risks/issues, and escalating them to the team lead/project manager as needed.
4. Analyze and develop

   reconciliation/functional test plans

   , prepare test scenarios, and execute them effectively.
5. Guide and mentor support team members; provide

   knowledge transfer/training

   on IntelliMatch topics.
6. Participate across all stages of the

   Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

   , including business requirement analysis, data mapping, validation, build, unit testing, peer reviews, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
7. Propose improvements in both development and support processes.
   

Contributing Responsibilities

1. Assist in

   system migrations and upgrades

   of the IntelliMatch application.
2. Participate in

   configuration and release management

   activities.
3. Communicate effectively with

   stakeholders, end-users, IT teams, and support teams

   .
4. Prepare and maintain

   technical and functional documentation

   .
5. Provide

   L3 business support

   post-delivery.

Technical Competencies

• Mandatory

• Hands-on

  development and L3 support experience

  in

  IntelliMatch (any version), Frontier, or TLM

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  SQL databases

  with hands-on experience in writing scripts, stored procedures, and triggers.
• In-depth understanding of the

  IntelliMatch database structure

  .
• Solid understanding of the

  Reconciliation process

  .
• Thorough knowledge of

  SDLC activities

  .

• Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience with

  IntelliMatch migrations

  .
• Knowledge of

  Investment Banking products

  (Bonds, Stocks, Futures, Options, Swaps, Warrants, Listed & OTC products) and related processes (Cash, Ledger, Statements, SWIFT).
• Understanding of the

  Trade Lifecycle

  (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office).
• Familiarity with

  defect management tools

  (e.g., JIRA, QC, etc.).
