Integration Engineer

As an Integration Engineer at Facilio, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with customers and internal teams to deliver robust and scalable integration solutions. Your primary focus will be on understanding integration requirements, designing tailored solutions, and facilitating seamless connections between Facilio and third-party systems. Key Responsibilities - Engage with customers to gather integration requirements and understand business use cases. - Analyze and design integration solutions involving REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication flows. - Develop scripts or middleware services to enable smooth integrations between Facilio and customer systems. - Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer integration queries and troubleshooting. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance integration capabilities. - Document integration approaches, scripts, and API interactions for internal and customer use. Must-Have Skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively handle customer interactions. - Proven experience in requirement gathering and solutioning for API-based integrations. - Proficiency in REST APIs and OAuth2 authentication mechanisms. - Hands-on scripting experience using languages like Python, Node.js, or Bash. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple integrations concurrently.
