Job Description: Integrations Engineer Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Role: Full-time, Permanent The Role: As an Integrations Engineer, you will be a core part of our mission to standardize software integrations. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and expanding our Unified API platform. You will work extensively with our core stack, creating the seamless, scalable, and secure connections that our customers rely on. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities): - Develop & Maintain: Build and manage robust server-side applications using Node.js, NestJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - API Design: Design, build, and scale the REST APIs that form the core of our Unified API product. - Integrate Services: Lead the integration of various third-party APIs in domains such as HRIS, ATS, LMS, File Storage, or CRM, standardizing them into the platform. - Secure the Platform: Implement and manage secure authentication and authorization flows (OAuth 2.0, JWT, OpenID Connect). - Collaborate & Document: Ensure clear communication and create excellent technical documentation while working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Troubleshoot: Analyse and resolve complex integration-related issues to ensure platform reliability. What You'll Bring (Skills & Experience): - Core Technical Skills: Proven professional experience with Node.js, NestJS, React.js, and strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript. - API Expertise: Demonstrable experience designing, building, and consuming various REST APIs. - Security Knowledge: In-depth understanding of authentication and authorization principles. - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail. - Collaboration: Solid communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Tools: Familiarity with Postman, Slack, Jira, or GitHub. Nice to Have: - Experience using AI tools for productivity, debugging, or workflow automation. - Exposure to MCP/AI Agents for integrations or workflow orchestration. Work Schedule: Working Hours: 9 hours per day. Working Days: Monday to Friday (WFO).
