Roles & Responsibilities:

Integration Design & Implementation:

• Lead the integration design and implementation process

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues

  by diagnosing problems, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions that ensure continuity and performance.
• Provide continuous support for integration solutions, addressing any technical challenges that arise during implementation or post-deployment.

Collaboration & Team Management:

• Collaborate and manage the team to perform

  , ensuring team decisions align with overall project goals and timelines.

• Engage with multiple teams

  (technical, business, and client-side) to make key decisions on integration approaches and problem-solving strategies.

• Provide solutions to problems

  for your immediate team and across multiple teams, contributing to a seamless integration process.

Consultative & Client Interaction:

• Serve as an

  SME

  (Subject Matter Expert) in

  SAP BTP Integration Suite

  and

  SAP CPI for Data Services

  , providing technical expertise and advice to clients on system integration best practices.
• Lead discussions with clients regarding business transformation and the customer journey, ensuring that technology solutions represent their business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite

  , including experience in using

  SAP CPI for Data Services

  for cloud-based integrations.
• Strong

  understanding of API management

  and integration patterns to design efficient and scalable integration solutions.

• Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions
