Integration Engineer

Role Overview: As a Tractor Integration Engineer at AGCO, you will be responsible for leading the integration of systems and sub-systems to ensure they function cohesively within the tractor platforms. Your role will involve defining interfaces, resolving cross-system integration issues, and supporting the delivery of a unified, high-performing tractor architecture. Working hands-on with systems engineers, you will ensure that interactions between systems and their sub-systems are well-defined, validated, and ready for platform-level integration. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate integration efforts between systems and sub-systems to support integration into the tractor platform - Collaborate with system engineers to align interfaces, requirements, and performance expectations between systems - Ensure consistency and traceability of system interactions using MBSE and PLM tools - Participate in integration planning, design reviews, and issue resolution across platforms - Provide feedback to improve integration workflows, documentation, and interface control practices Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field - Total minimum of 8 years of experience, with 2-4 years in systems integration or platform engineering roles - Strong understanding of cross-domain system interactions and interface management - Hands-on experience with system modeling, interface definition, and integration testing utilizing MBSE practices and tools - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Additional Details: AGCO is a Great Place to Work Certified company that values inclusion and recognizes the innovation a diverse workforce delivers to farmers.
