Job Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner , you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will be responsible for configuring services on various platforms and implementing technology at the operating system level. This role involves troubleshooting at both basic and intermediate levels to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of systems across multiple environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and make decisions that contribute to resolving issues and delivering operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Collaboration: Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Infra Tech Support and collaborate with the team to achieve high performance. Responsible for team decisions and guiding the team through problem-solving approaches. Engage with multiple teams to contribute on key decisions and ensure cohesive actions towards troubleshooting and resolving issues. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues at L1 and L2 levels, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth functioning of production and development systems. Provide hardware and software support across server and network areas to ensure consistent system availability. Configure services on various platforms and implement technologies at the operating system level, ensuring that they meet defined operational requirements. Network Support & Configuration: Provide L2 Network Support and troubleshooting to ensure network functionality is maintained without disruptions. Strong technical knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting firewalls (preferably Juniper SRX or Palo Alto) and Switching and Routing components. Handle SSL VPN configuration and troubleshooting. Operational Excellence & Process Adherence: Ensure all tasks are performed while adhering to defined operating models and processes to meet organizational and project goals. Participate in audits with internal, external, and client teams, and work to close findings to ensure compliance with the set standards. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with external and internal teams to enhance system performance and ensure systems are working optimally. Engage in dynamic problem-solving, identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Professional & Technical Skills: Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations with strong hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining enterprise-level networks. Strong understanding of network operations , infrastructure management, and knowledge of network protocols and technologies . Hands-on experience with firewalls , specifically Juniper SRX or Palo Alto , and switching and routing configurations. Familiarity with network security principles and best practices. SSL VPN configuration and troubleshooting experience. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience in Cloud Network Operations , knowledge of Cloud Technology , and its integration into enterprise environments. Basic understanding of Scripting for automation purposes. Familiarity with Wireless Technology and its configuration. Professional Attributes: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams. Strong customer handling skills and the ability to manage client expectations effectively. Ability to take complete ownership of assigned tasks and deliver results on time. High level of initiative and a positive attitude towards work. Demonstrates a team-oriented mindset , with the ability to collaborate and contribute to team success.
