Role Overview: As an Integration Architect at the company, your role is to create exceptional integration architectural solution designs and provide thought leadership to enable delivery teams in offering exceptional client engagement and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Define integration architecture for new deals and major change requests in existing deals by: - Creating an enterprise-wide integration architecture that ensures seamless integration of systems while being scalable, reliable, and manageable - Providing solutioning for digital integration for RFPs received from clients - Analyzing applications, exchange points, data formats, connectivity requirements, technology environment, client requirements, and setting an integration solution design framework/architecture - Providing technical leadership in the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using modern technology - Documenting integration architecture covering logical, deployment, and data views in detail - Evaluating and recommending products and solutions to integrate with the overall technology ecosystem - Collaborating with various IT groups to transition tasks, ensure performance, and resolve issues - Identifying problem areas, performing root cause analysis, and providing relevant solutions - Supporting pre-sales team in presenting solution design to clients - Enable Delivery Teams by: - Building and maintaining relationships with technical leaders, product owners, peer architects, and stakeholders - Developing relevant integration metrics to drive results - Identifying risks related to integration and preparing risk mitigation plans - Leading the development and maintenance of integration framework and related artefacts - Ensuring integration architecture principles, patterns, and standards are consistently applied to all projects - Competency Building and Branding by: - Completing necessary trainings and certifications on integration middleware - Developing Proof of Concepts (POCs), case studies, demos for new growth areas - Developing and presenting Wipro's point of view on digital integration through white papers, blogs, etc. - Mentoring developers, designers, and Junior architects for their career development - Team Management including: - Resourcing by anticipating talent requirements and supporting in hiring adequate resources - Talent Management by ensuring onboarding and training for team members - Performance Management by providing inputs for setting appraisal objectives and conducting timely performance reviews Qualifications Required: - Experience: 8-10 Years Additional Details of the Company: The company is reinventing itself as an end-to-end digital transformation partner with bold ambitions.
