Description

Education :

Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience

6+ years of professional software development experience.
3+ years of experience in a technical leadership or people management role.

Technical Expertise

Deep hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, GraphQL, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Proficiency in version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
Solid understanding of system design, scalability, performance optimization, and security.

Leadership Skills

Proven ability to mentor and coach engineers.
Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Exposure to serverless architecture.
Experience scaling engineering teams in a startup or hyper-growth environment.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
