As a Senior Associate / Manager Strategy & Partnerships, you will work directly with leadership on high-impact projects and new initiatives. You will be expected to bring strong analytical skills, comfort with numbers, and the ability to transform insights into actionable strategies. You will also be responsible for preparing high-quality presentations, managing collaborations, and ensuring execution excellence.

This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple business areas, explore new ideas, evaluate partnerships, and create tangible impact at a group level.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research on new business opportunities, markets, and emerging trends.
Build and evaluate financial & business models to support decision-making. Identify, assess, and manage external partnerships and collaborations. Work on group-level strategic initiatives and special projects with leadership. Prepare structured, compelling presentations and reports for leadership and stakeholders. Drive cross-functional alignment and support execution of new initiatives. Collaborate with internal and external teams to explore synergies and business opportunities. Provide insights through data analysis and number-crunching to influence strategy.

Who We re Looking For:

MBA / CA / Business Graduate with 2-5 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, partnerships, or business development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Highly proficient in Google Sheets / Excel (number crunching & financial modeling) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides). Experience in research, business analysis, and external stakeholder management. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and with external partners. Self-starter with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments. Prior experience in financial services, consulting, or startups is an added advantage.
