Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Partner to join our Channel Sales team. The role involves driving business growth, building strong distribution networks, and developing high-performing teams to achieve sales targets in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, develop, and manage a team of partners to drive business.
• Generate new business opportunities through effective channel sales strategies.
• Train and mentor channel partners for consistent performance.
• Build strong long-term relationships to expand market reach.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Key Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Life Insurance / BFSI Sales.
• Strong leadership, networking, and people management skills.
• Ability to motivate and drive a team to achieve results.
