Job Description

The position requires you to report to the Cluster Head and be responsible for managing the sale of Life Insurance products to the Bank's clientele across various channels and cities in the region. Your primary focus will be on analyzing and satisfying the financial and insurance needs and objectives of the customers. Your responsibilities will include generating new business to achieve sales and revenue targets, maintaining in-depth knowledge of the products being sold, conducting comparisons of similar products in other companies, creating and managing an effective Sales Tracker, attending training sessions to improve sales quality and ratios, providing timely MIS reports, liaising with Insurance Company representatives, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and maintaining proper documentation. The minimum qualification required for this role is graduation, with experience in sales and relationship management being preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to influence customers positively. An IRDA certification is necessary before commencing servicing or closing leads. As part of your governance responsibilities, you are expected to display exemplary conduct and adhere to the Group's Values and Code of Conduct. Personal responsibility for embedding high ethical standards, compliance with laws and regulations, and promoting the Banks Conduct Principles is crucial. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Insurance and Bancassurance products. The ability to lead, collaborate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters effectively is essential for this role.
