We are expanding our team and looking for passionate individuals who can help us grow our insurance vertical.

Job Summary

As an Insurance Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales of life, health, and general insurance products. You will guide clients through their insurance needs and offer them the most suitable policies from our partner companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, references, and field activities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Close sales and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with back-office and insurance partners for policy issuance and servicing.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in insurance sales (life, health, or general).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain financial/insurance products.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident.
• Graduation in any field. (Candidates with IRDA certification will be preferred.)

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month + incentives (based on experience & performance)
