Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry using Excel and AI-powered tools.
  • Manage, clean, and maintain large datasets for business reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
  • Use MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
  • Assist in automating repetitive tasks using Excel formulas or AI tools.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for data processing and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel

    with knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Familiarity with

    AI tools

    for data handling (e.g., ChatGPT, Excel add-ins, AI assistants).
  • Fast and accurate

    typing speed

    (minimum 35–40 WPM preferred).
  • Good knowledge of

    MS Office

    applications.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Any graduate (BCom, BBA, BSc, etc.)
  • Prior experience in data entry or back-office roles is a plus.
