Insurance Sales & Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities

1. Insurance Quotations

   – Generate accurate quotes for vehicle, health, travel, home, and life insurance; negotiate with insurers for competitive terms.

2. Claims & After-Sales Service

   – Assist in claims management and deliver prompt after-sales client support.

3. Relationship Management

   – Maintain strong vendor relationships; coordinate between internal teams and partners.

4. Data & Sales Support

   – Manage renewals, sales records, and documentation; support backend operations to improve closure rates.

5. Operational Efficiency

   – Use Excel and CRM tools to streamline workflows; provide admin support to the sales team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred)
• 0–1 year of experience in financial services/insurance
• Proficient in MS Excel & CRM tools
• Strong verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment

Compensation & Benefits

₹6,60,000 total package: ₹3,50,000 base salary + ₹14,000 health & personal accident cover + up to ₹2,96,000 performance bonus.
