Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Sales Manager located in Uttarakhand and Western UP. The Insurance Sales Manager will be responsible for managing insurance sales activities, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing financial aspects related to sales. The role involves onboarding and managing a team of insurance agents, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets on a day-to-day basis.

• Skills in Insurance Sales and general Insurance knowledge
• Customer Service skills and experience
• Finance-related skills and understanding of financial products
• Team Management abilities and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Designated Area
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus
