Insurance Sales Executive

As a Relationship Manager, your role will involve recruiting and managing a team of financial advisors/agents in Nalbar, Guwahati, Silchar, and Barpita. You will be responsible for the complete life cycle of financial advisors/agents, including meeting and interacting with them regularly. Your key responsibilities will include: - Training the financial advisors/agents on using our app for servicing their customers efficiently - Driving partners for higher productivity, focusing on renewals, and ensuring no dilution of focus - Achieving Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly targets set by the manager/organization - Understanding and aligning with company policies to ensure full compliance - Maintaining the highest level of business hygiene - Identifying new approaches to enhance reach and generate more sales in the assigned region - Working on distribution of Motor, Life & health Insurance, loans, credit card, NPS, etc., and new products introduced by the organization The desired profile for this role includes: - Education: Full-time HSC, Diploma, or Graduation - Experience: HSC or Graduate Fresher, or 1 year of experience in Insurance Sales and Business Development - Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the business context, Insurance, and Financial products - Exposure: Familiarity with various insurance plans, financial products, credit cards, loans, NPS, etc - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders - IT Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the specified locations in Nalbar, Guwahati, Silchar, and Barpita.
