Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Sales Executive, based in Lucknow. The Insurance Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales by building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their corporate insurance needs, and recommending suitable policies. Daily tasks include client outreach, providing consultations, collaborating with insurance providers, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role demands proactive engagement in meeting sales targets and contributing to the development of business growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Insurance Sales and familiarity with Insurance Brokerage
• Strong understanding of insurance products and services, including corporate insurance policies
• Exceptional Customer Service and Sales expertise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Experience in client relationship management is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
