Insurance Product Manager

Role Overview: As an Insurance Product Manager (NRI and Virtual Relationship Managers) at Gurgaon location in the Bancassurance BU, you will be responsible for driving Insurance to achieve overall NRI Insurance business targets for IBL in an open architecture platform. Your key responsibilities will include creating Insurance product propositions based on customer personas in the bank, imparting Insurance training for NR relationship managers, supporting Relationship Managers during underwriting of large value applications, and running Analytical based campaigns to increase Life Insurance Penetration in the NR client base. You will also be required to design and execute processes, drive business quality, persistency, and customer redressals, manage healthy product quality mix and revenue mix for the bank, and engage in stakeholder communication on key business performance.
