Reports to: Life Insurance Product Head

• This position serves as driving Insurance to achieve overall NRI Insurance business targets for IBL in an open architecture platform.
• Create Insurance product proposition basis customer personas in the bank.
• Impart Insurance training for NR relationship managers and support during large value sales call
• Support Relationship Managers during underwriting of large value applications
• Incumbent should have an eye for detail and drive the business using all the key business parameters like activation, productivity, ATS etc.
• Run Analytical based campaigns to ensure an increase in Life Insurance Penetration in NR client base.
• Design and executive processes, drive business quality, persistency and customer redressals
• Stakeholder engagement / communication on key business performance.
• Develop market intelligence to track key trends in the Insurance industry and competitive benchmarking, technology trends and regulatory changes.
• Managing healthy product quality mix and revenue mix for the bank

Work Experience Requirements

The incumbent should at least have not less than 10 years of work experience in the Life Insurance domain managing NR segment in an Insurance Company / Bank. Incumbents having worked in Insurance Company and Bank will be preferred.

EDUCATION

Essential requirement:

Preferred: MBA from reputed institute
