Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Industry Expertise & Advisory Provide in-depth knowledge of insurance core products, industry regulations, and market trends. Assist in designing best-in-class customer support journeys and engagement strategies for insurance projects. Lead technical and architectural discussions with clients, ensuring alignment with their business and project objectives. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to drive innovative approaches. Contribute to technical documentation, whitepapers, and best practice guidelines. Project Support Collaborate with delivery teams to define project objectives, approaches, and deliverables. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Liaise with client stakeholders to resolve complex problems. Strengthen client relationships by effectively communicating with team members and leadership. Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement Analyze project challenges to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Proactively escalate concerns or areas for improvement to leadership as needed. Develop training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing materials to support ongoing internal learning. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on consulting, solution design, or technical architecture. Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, system integration, and solution development. Proven track record of providing strategic guidance to internal teams and clients. Experience with cloud platforms, AI/ML, automation, and emerging technologies is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to navigate complex business challenges. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in consulting or professional services organizations. Certifications in industry standards, frameworks, or relevant technologies. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with multiple clients. Key Competencies: Deep understanding of insurance industry dynamics and regulatory requirements. Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies. Strong collaborative mindset, with a focus on team-building and mentorship. Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
