Project Support Collaborate with delivery teams to define project objectives, approaches, and deliverables. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Liaise with client stakeholders to resolve complex problems. Strengthen client relationships by effectively communicating with team members and leadership. Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement Analyze project challenges to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on consulting, solution design, or technical architecture. Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, system integration, and solution development. Proven track record of providing strategic guidance to internal teams and clients. Experience with cloud platforms, AI/ML, automation, and emerging technologies is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to navigate complex business challenges. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
