Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients to understand their insurance requirements across Motor and Non-Motor lines of business.
Gather detailed information to support underwriting decisions.
Prepare quotation comparisons for clients, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Negotiate effectively with insurance companies to secure competitive terms and pricing.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing end-to-end support throughout the policy lifecycle.
Ensure timely closure of leads and smooth coordination between clients and insurers.
Stay updated with market trends, insurance products, and underwriting guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Business/Commerce/Finance or related field (Insurance certifications preferred).
3–6 years of experience in General Insurance (Motor & Non-Motor).
Strong understanding of underwriting concepts and insurance market practices.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
Negotiation and analytical skills with the ability to prepare comparative analysis.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
