Promote and sell Life, Motor, and Health insurance policies to potential customers.
Counsel clients on available insurance plans, premium structures, benefits, and terms.
Handle inbound and outbound leads, provide accurate product details, and close sales.
Follow up with customers for renewals, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
Maintain proper documentation, client records, and adhere to compliance guidelines.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers with excellent communication and a sales mindset may also apply.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
