Job Description

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Assess Client Needs • Understand clients’ financial situation, life stage, and long-term goals. • Identify the right type and amount of insurance coverage needed (e.g., term, whole life, ULIP). 2. Provide Expert Guidance • Explain different insurance products in simple terms. • Help clients compare policy options, benefits, premiums, and exclusions. • Suggest suitable plans for savings, protection, tax planning, or wealth creation. 3. Sales & Prospecting • Find new potential customers through networking, referrals, and marketing. • Conduct meetings, presentations, or calls to discuss insurance solutions. 4. Policy Customization • Customize plans based on client requirements (coverage, riders, premium capacity). • Assist clients in completing policy applications. 5. Ensure Compliance • Follow regulatory guidelines and company policies. • Maintain ethical sales practices and proper documentation. 6. Customer Service & Relationship Management • Provide ongoing support after policy purchase. • Help clients with claims, renewals, updates, and policy servicing. • Maintain long-term relationships to secure future business. 7. Continuous Learning • Stay updated on new insurance products, financial regulations, and market trends. • Participate in training and licensing programs.
