Additionally, you will contribute to marketing efforts and stay updated on industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients. Your dedication and results-driven approach will significantly contribute to the overall success and growth of our firm. Responsibilities include designing and implementing effective marketing strategies, contacting potential clients through various means, understanding customer needs and selling suitable protection plans, collecting client information, preparing reports, maintaining records, managing insurance claims, updating job-specific knowledge, and fulfilling company-established policy obligations. Requirements and skills for this role include proven experience as an Insurance Sales Representative, good understanding of insurance plans (e.g., automobile, fire, life, property, medical), computer proficiency, statistical interpretation skills, goal-oriented mindset, strong communication and presentation skills, experience in delivering client-focused solutions and building lasting relationships, and at least a high school or BSc degree.
