Job Title: Insurance Executive Location: Ahmedabad Reporting To: Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Executive to manage our insurance-related activities including sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating with agents for various types of insurance policies. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of multiple insurance domains and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Draft and send emails to request insurance quotations from multiple agents. Compare and negotiate quotations to secure the most favourable terms and pricing. Coordinate and follow up with agents/brokers to ensure timely receipt of quotes and documents. Maintain accurate records of all insurance transactions, renewals, and communications. Evaluate insurance requirements and ensure all policies are updated and compliant. Liaise with internal departments to gather required details for insurance processing. Handle documentation related to claim intimation and settlement coordination. Required Knowledge: Marine Insurance (Inland, Import & Export) Fire Insurance Workmen Compensation (WC) Insurance Machinery Breakdown (MBD) Insurance Motor Insurance and etc. Candidate Profile: Proven experience in handling various insurance types (preferably in a corporate environment). Strong negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal). Good understanding of insurance terms, clauses, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in MS Office and email drafting. Qualification & Experience: Graduate in any discipline; certification in insurance will be an added advantage. 2–5 years of relevant experience in insurance coordination or executive roles.
