Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Consultant located in Guwahati. The Insurance Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on suitable insurance and financial products, analyzing their needs, offering customized solutions, and ensuring optimal coverage. Daily tasks include meeting with clients to explain policy features, conducting financial needs analysis, assisting with claims, maintaining relationships with policyholders, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets. This role also involves delivering excellent customer service, acting as a trusted advisor, and staying updated on policy and industry changes.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Insurance and Finance, with a solid understanding of the life insurance sector and financial planning.
  • Proven abilities in Consulting and providing tailored financial and insurance solutions.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to build long-term client relationships and to support client satisfaction.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and present it effectively to clients.
  • Strong organizational abilities, goal-oriented mindset, and proactive approach to achieving sales and service targets.
  • Experience in sales and understanding financial products will be advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
