Product Presentation Insurance plans ko simple language me explain karna. Benefits, premium, returns, riders, terms clearly batana. Presentation in-person, phone, WhatsApp ya home visit se karna. 4. Sales & Policy Issuance Customer ko right plan choose karne me guide karna. Complete documentation ensure karna (KYC, form fill, medicals). Policy issuance tak end-to-end support provide karna. 5. After-Sales Service Customer ki queries resolve karna. Policy servicing (address change, nominee change, premium reminders). Renewal follow-up aur persistency maintain karna. 6. Relationship Management Existing customers ke saath long-term trust build karna. Cross-sell / upsell opportunities identify karna. Referral generate karna. 7. Compliance & Reporting Company guidelines follow karna (KYC, ethical selling). Daily/weekly report manager ko submit karna. Training / meetings attend karna.
