Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka for an Insurance Agency Channel Manager. The responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue growth. The Manager will oversee channel sales strategies, manage channel performance, and ensure targets are achieved. Additionally, the role involves providing high-level customer service, supporting partners, and coordinating with internal teams to optimize sales operations and align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Channel Sales and managing relationships with Channel Partners
• Strong background in Sales and Sales Management
• Proficiency in providing excellent Customer Service and maintaining customer relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the insurance or healthcare sector is an advantage
• Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis for tracking sales performance
