Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on installation, calibration, and maintenance of:

• Sensors

  (temperature, pressure, flow, level)

• Thermocouples

  , pressure & level switches/controllers

• Flow control valves

  and

  on-off valves

• Loop testing

  , fault tracing, and system diagnostics

• PLC, DCS & SCADA

  troubleshooting and integration
• Working with

  HART protocols

  ,

  HMI programming

  , and

  signal conditioning

• Supporting automation upgrades across glove dipping lines, boilers, and utilities

Requirements:

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in process instrumentation
• Strong

  on-ground knowledge

  with both analog and digital systems
• Familiarity with

  HART, Modbus

  , and other industrial protocols

• Tamil speaking

  is mandatory
• Diploma/ITI in Instrumentation / EEE / Mechatronics (preferred)
