Job Description

You will be working as a Junior Instrumentation Engineer at Manastu Space, a Space Safety and Logistics Company dedicated to using technology to address the issue of Debris Pollution in Space. By developing an Agile, Safe, Efficient and Affordable Green Propulsion System with a new fuel, engine, and catalyst, you will be contributing to the mission of preventing satellite collisions and reducing Debris Pollution. **Responsibilities:** - Identify and select appropriate sensors for aerospace applications, ensuring proper calibration and performance validation. - Implement efficient methods for interfacing sensors with the system, including noise reduction processing techniques. - Develop calibration procedures, conduct calibration of sensors and measurement instruments, and verify the performance of the instrumentation system. - Set up data acquisition systems to collect sensor data during operational conditions and analyze the acquired data for meaningful insights. - Resolve technical issues related to sensors, instrumentation systems, and data acquisition, ensuring optimal performance through periodic maintenance. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols relevant to aerospace instrumentation, maintaining high reliability and safety standards. - Generate technical documentation, including specifications, test plans, calibration reports, and user manuals. Provide reports on the instrumentation system's performance and functionality. - Prepare and review PLC Architecture, I/O mapping, PLC panel wiring & GA drawings, and HMI & SCADA graphics. **Qualifications and Experience:** - Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation/ Instrumentation and Control/ Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent with experience in sensors and their interfacing. - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in instrumentation engineering, preferably in the aerospace industry, with expertise in sensor selection, integration, and calibration. - Proficiency in sensor interfacing techniques, including analog and digital signal noise reduction processes, data acquisition, and analysis. - Familiarity with various types of sensors used in aerospace applications such as pressure sensors, temperature sensors, accelerometers, and gyroscopes. - Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for aerospace instrumentation, emphasizing reliability and safety. - Experience with data acquisition systems, real-time monitoring tools, Automation skills, PLC, and control systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot instrumentation and sensor integration issues in a fast-paced aerospace environment. - Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, articulate technical concepts clearly, and provide guidance to team members.,
