Instrument Engineer

As a Project Engineer at our company, your role will involve inspecting, testing, adjusting, and repairing electric, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic instruments and systems used in Gas Compressor and Processing plants. You will be responsible for inspecting meters, indicators, and gauges to detect abnormal fluctuations. Additionally, you will be required to test the accuracy of flow meters, pressure gauges, temperature indicators, controllers, transmitters, gas detectors, and other recording, indicating, or controlling instruments to locate defective components in the system using various test equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Inspect, test, adjust, and repair electric, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic instruments and systems - Test accuracy of various instruments using appropriate test equipment - Remove defective instruments, clean, disassemble, replace defective parts, and reassemble instruments - Lubricate instruments, replace defective wiring and tubing, and calibrate readings according to standards - Record calibrations, parts used, and maintain inventory of parts - Prepare schematic drawings, sketches, and reports to reflect changes made in instruments, circuits, and systems Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Instrument Engineering or B.E. in relevant field - 3-5 years of experience in a similar role Please note that the salary range for Diploma holders is Rs. 18,000 - Rs. 20,000, while for B.E. holders, it is Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 30,000.,
