Job Title: Instructional designer ( E learning ) Location: Gurugram Job Type: Hybrid shift : 24/7 shifts rotational 2 week offs. (Hybrid) Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Developer to join our team in a BPO environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing high-quality content that aligns with our business goals and engages our target audience. Key Responsibilities: Research industry-related topics and identify content gaps. Create compelling headlines and body copy for various media types. Produce well-researched content. Utilize best practices to enhance content visibility. Collaborate with the training team and clients. Follow an editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of content. Repurpose content for different platforms, including static imagery and videos. Update Knowledge Portals as needed. Ensure compliance with latest updates in the process. Requirements: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Proficiency in using content creation tools and software like E learning tools Articulate 360, Figma, Raise etc. Strong research skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Skills: Experience in a BPO or similar fast-paced environment. Knowledge of HTML and web publishing.
