Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Instructional Designer. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for analyzing training needs, designing instructional materials, developing curricula, managing learning programs, and contributing to overall training and development efforts. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to create effective learning solutions that align with organizational goals. Qualifications Skills in Learning design & development. Minimum 5 years of experience in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development Experience in working on tools like Articulate 360, canvas, adobe etc. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
