Instructional Designer Job Type: Contractual (6 months) Location: Bengaluru Junior ID : 4 years Timings: 12 noon 9 pm (Work from office) Pick-up and drop provided. Address: Brigade Tech Gardens, SEZ Unit 201 and 204, 2nd and 3rd floor, Block C2, Brigade Properties Pvt Ltd, Brookefield, Kundalahalli, Marathahalli Post, Bengaluru, 560037 (Drop Available) Key Responsibilities: Design High-Level Design Documents (HLD), storyboards, and visual concepts. Create scripts and instructional design documents for various content formats. Develop e-learning solutions including interactive elements for diverse learning platforms. Collaborate with SMEs and international clients to deliver high-quality instructional materials. Proficiently design Instructor-Led Trainings (ILT) and Web-Based Trainings (WBT) aligned with client specifications. Ensure alignment with e-learning standards and best practices for global audiences. Qualifications: Graduate degree in a relevant field. At least 4 years of experience developing eLearning solutions. Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline Ability to develop effective ILTs and WBTs storyboards. Strong understanding of e-learning development.
