Instructional Designer - Junior

MG Road, Mangalore Onsite Learning & Content Development Full-time

Job Summary

Assist in designing and developing instructional materials for eLearning and LMS delivery, supporting content creation, editing, and course ops.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing/developing eLearning modules, videos, simulations (LMS-packaged).
Create engaging learning content aligned to objectives.
Conduct basic needs assessments.
Proofread/edit for accuracy, clarity, consistency; correct grammar and punctuation.
Organize/maintain course assets in an LCMS.
Support course setup, tracking, and reporting in the training management system.

What we're Looking For

bachelors or masters in CS/related; or masters in Finance/related.
Freshers or candidates with content writing experience can apply.
Strong communication skills.
Good MS Office knowledge.
Experience with writing/AI tools (eg, Grammarly, ChatGPT).
Interest in eLearning and digital learning technologies.
